Tore has an extensive background as CFO within insurance and insurance related business as well as auditing. He has previously worked with growth companies in an international environment. Tore has an educational background within economics and finance, and also holds a degree in computer science.

Wim entered the management team of Rubik Solutions when they acquired Scope Group in January 2009. He was one of the founders of NetScope/Scope Group and has worked in the IT Software industry in The Netherlands since the 1990s.
