All new implementations by Rubik Solutions are managed using ESP Enterprise Success Program project methodology.

We have extensive experience with Project Management tools, methods and processes.

The Rubik Solutions methodology is based on experience from more than 300 implementation projects and a range of widely recognized Project Methodologies like Prince 2 etc.

The Services Delivery Main Process is organised in six Sub-Processes that encompass the overall lifecycle of an implementation project. We call these sub-processes the “Project Phases”:
