BTO (Business Technology Optimization) is one of our core competences and HP’s BTO-model is our point of reference. We deliver skilled consultants to customer projects directly or through partners and subcontractors.
In addition to the BTO competence, Rubik has a growing pool of professionals in the area of Strategic IT Planning (SITP) and Enterprise Architecture (EA). Our competence in these areas includes the implementation capabilities of leading edge solutions and methodologies from Troux Technologies.
We have been involved in more than 300 projects with customers from various industries such as oil and gas, banking, finance, IT, telecommunication, energy and consumer goods.
Our software solutions are designed to streamline organisations' IT infrastructure and to optimise internal and external IT services, whilst making them better aligned to the businesses they serve.
HP Platinum Partner
The Platinum level is the highest Software partnership level in HP’s Solutions Business Partner Program. The new partnership will enable HP and Rubik Solutions to further enhance joint activities in the market.
Rubik Solutions is proud and honoured to have achieved the Platinum Partner level. We expect much of the partnership with HP Software and we believe this agreement will bring HP software and Rubik Solutions even closer together.
HP Services Integrator (SVI) Partner
The SVI program is the highest level of collaboration for support services between HP and selected software business partners. No ordinary partner earns the privilege to become an SVI partner. SVI partners have a proven level of expertise and capabilities to provide comprehensive support. The SVI seal is given solely to partners with pronounced and proven commitment to meet HP's high service performance standards.
Rubik Solutions was announced SVI partner in 2007.
Enterprise Architecture and Strategic IT-Planning
Rubik has highly skilled and competent personnel to implement a variety of Enterprise Architecture, Strategic IT Planning and Business Process Modeling solutions. Our competence and experience is well documented through successful implementations in all types of business. These are typically organizations with more than 100 people working with IT and the Business-IT interface.
The Troux 4-stage maturity model is a proven concept for achieving permanent business value. Through rapid development and implementation, our client will be well positioned for business excellence obtained by the increased agility.
